Armor was quite heavy in Medieval times. This armor is very light and perfect for your Halloween costume or Medieval wedding. This chainmaille coif with camail is made from aluminum and weighs a mere 1 1/4 pounds, so you can wear it for hours without even knowing that it is on.

There are over 3500 rings in this piece. 7/16" outer diameter rings in 16 gauge aluminum. Every ring in this handmade chainmail coif was cut with a jewelers saw. This makes it so you can barely tell where the rings are closed.
