Pair of Brown Owls

This pair of owls, a mother and baby, would make a great addition to an owl-lovers collection. They are sitting on a branch, on top of a pedestal. While not specifically designed to be bookends, they could be used as such -- but I would recommend that just to be on the safe side, the owls not be placed close to the edge (they're sturdy, but not so heavy that a couple of thick books couldn't take them out if they fell over).

Approximate Weight: 12 ounces

I poured these owls using a 1983 Evergreen mold that I recently purchased used. If you are interested in one glazed in a different color than shown, or one painted to match a particular owl, please feel free to contact me for a custom order. Custom orders need a turnaround of 4-6 weeks to allow time for multiple firings.
