Short of a tornado this isnt going to fall over if you set it on your patio table. Has wonderful scratchy markings. One side has yellow '8558' numbers and other side has it in white. Also has a long vertical line of misc. numbers.

I've cleaned this pipe with an eco-friendly degreaser both inside and out. The edges have been ground down to a smooth finish. I've cut up aluminum to make the bottom for the vase and painted the interior with rust converter and protective paint.
These are old, used pipes so if you want them to be as rust free as possible for as long as possible either put a glass tube in them for live flowers or pat them down with a towel after each use. The rust wont hurt anything but keep in mind that is always a possibility.
