Primitive Halloween Moon Man - Halloween Decor Wall Decoration - Made to Order

This primitive Halloween moon man wall decoration would just love to help you haunt your house for Halloween - or add a primitive witchy touch to your home decor any day of the year. Inspired by an antique Halloween decoration, Mr. Moon is a handmade cloth doll that is crafted of muslin that has been coffee dyed, sanded, painted antique white, and then sanded again and to give him a primitive, time-worn look and feel. His witch hat underwent the same prim process, but is painted black, and dusted with a bit of cinnamon to add to the aged look. His eye was hand sewn with a pinch stitch, and then hand painted.

This Halloween primitive folk art moon man measures 12" in diameter, and will arrive to you signed and dated.

I am pleased to share that this primitive moon is featured in the Spring/Summer 2012 issue of Prims magazine, pages 96-97 (see third photo in this listing).
