Art Nouveau Oval Brooch with Multi Colored Rhinestones

This is really a fabulous vintage brooch that we initially believed to be Czech. The vintage brooch has curls and soft Art Nouveau feathers around the edges, and then domed flowers each with a different colored glass rhinestone in the center. On the flip side of the brooch, one can see how nicely finished this piece is. and it has a j hook style closure. It's an amazing piece of jewelry. We had it professionally cleaned, to remove some of some signs of verdegris as well as dirt and dust. There is some metal wear, and yet it is a fabulous piece of jewelry and it cleaned up very nicely. It is a very nice piece of collectible history. It appears to be signed, but we cannot, even with a loupe, read what it says.
