A message about plying yarn. Plying the singles gives them balance. A single strand pulls in the direction it was spun. Spinning two or three of these spun singles in the opposite direction balances out the twist so it won't pull either way. Plying also increases the strength of the yarn and adds elasticity.
Check your pattern recommendations to be sure if this yarn is suitable for your needs. Hand wash and lay flat to dry. Very suitable for felting.
