1 - Super cute girly themed Elmo Happy Birthday Banner comes.
Elmo image on each end and child's age separated Happy and Birthday. This is so fun and coordinates with the girly elmo centerpiece listed in the shop :)
Each Banner square scallop is approx. 5.5 inches tall and has been tied together with a wonderful mix of tulle, and coordinating ribbons. If you would like taller scallops please convo me for pricing and to set up a custom listing.
The scallop squares will be alternating colors of hot pink and orange. With a fun patteren printed flower layered on top with the black letters on the top layer.
Colors or the banner are completely customizable. If you would like different colors then the ones pictured and listed please include your color choices at checkout. The circle paper will be fun printed paper in coordinating colors and have designs on them (Paper may vary from the ones pictured).
Each piece is handmade, positioned, and glued.
