These low rise frilly panties are made of a white cotton which has little rainbows printed onto it. The different colored frills are cotton lycra and they also have a cotton gusset.
These knickers should be gently hand washed in cool water and laid flat to dry and like all knickerocker panties, the fabric is pre-washed with a no harsh chemical, ph balanced detergent to prevent shrinkage and protect your sensitive skin.
