Well, there's really nothing like a large juicy White Georgia Peach. A little bit of tinted pink white heaven. A peach lover's dream. White peaches ripen from the pit out so they retain a crisper texture with a burst of sweetness in the middle. White Peaches have an understated mellow floral lasting peach flavor. This jam is full of bits of fruit has a pretty in pink tinge and apparently is a highly desired peach around here because I already have an "I want one of those for sure" list. So if you want one you better get one now!

All of my products have been carefully processed by me, so they will keep for a year in your pantry or on your countertop. If you have any leftovers once you pop them open just put 'em in the fridge and they'll keep for a good bit.
