Every Peppy Topper is completely hand-cut, constructed, and made to order by Potter +Butler. Please allow seven days of production time prior to shipping days to shipping.
Please note: Peppy Toppers are shipped flat to preserve their structural integrity. Upon receiving and unwrapping your Peppy Toppers, simply fluff each pom, and they’ll be ready to party.
