This handmade fluffy tutu is made with many layers of rainbow colors plus pink tulle sewn together. The 'petti' part of the tutu is the same colors. The more the little clown twirls, dances, and plays in her tutu, the fuller it will become!

Tutus are fun for portraits, birthdays, holidays, weddings, and are equally perfect for day outings or playing at home!
TLC’s SEWN tutus are created using a distinct method. Layers of tulle are sewn around (not to) a non-roll elastic waistband. This method allows the tutu to stretch up to 6”. The tulle will also never shift from it’s proper place, unlike the tied or knotted method. The 'petti' part of the tutu is tied on with a non-slip method. As a result of these two methods, your little princess will live it up in her petti tutu for years to come!
****All TLC tutus are custom made to order, allowing your little princess to dream up whatever she wants. Any changes (Including color, size, bow, flower, etc) can be requested through convo or ‘message to seller’ when order is placed. Most changes can be created to fit her needs!
