A complex Pacific Northwest kyphi recipe of fragrant evergreen forests and snowcapped mountains. Wild harvested Western Redcedar, Western Hemlock, and Spruce needles with local Pine resins in a base of Juniper berries traditionally blended with local Similkameen wildflower honey and homebrewed honey wine.

This recipe was crafted with Pacific Northwest botanicals using the traditional Egyptian method; a labour-intensive process which requires a month's time to make and cure. Kyphi is a solid compound incense formed into small bricks or pills and was burned for evening prayers and folk medicine in ancient Egypt as long as 4000 years ago.

Size: 15 g (1/2 ounce)

Forest Grove Botanica's handcrafted incenses are made from only the freshest ingredients - no fillers - just pure organic herbs and wildcrafted resins professionally ground for even burning and consistent scent. Burn on charcoal in a well ventilated area. Light charcoal disc with a lighter or match until it sparks. Place in fire proof container and allow to sit for 5 minutes until the charcoal is glowing red - then add your incense. Crumble for quicker more fragrant burning or burn in chunks for slower burning.
