This black leather journal is soft yet very durable. It has an added bonus of being embossed with stamp designs one would see on old travel steamer trunks. The size (6 x 4.5) is perfect for tucking into a purse or backpack. The 120 pages (240 if you count both sides) consist of white 124 gsm weight paper that has a good tooth for writing or sketching. The pages have been hand sewn with black waxed Irish thread. The journal opens completely flat for easy use. A long black twisted cord holds everything together.
