Bodice is lined lace with puffy sleeves with sloppy little bows at the cuffs; back is wide open down to the waist with a giant bow and zipper closure.
Skirt has a non-stretch waist, full, short skirt that is bright purple with a bit of blue, almost like the lace bled with the previous owner BUT it makes a cool tie-dye effect!
