Materials:
Upcycled hardcover book.
Unlined bright white 70 lb text weight paper.
Several feet of linen bookbinding thread.
I removed the cover from the original book, taking care to keep the end paper intact and used that to cover the inner spine, and to make a little library-style pocket for the inner back cover. The bookbinding thread was hand-dyed by me using roasted grains. The pages are also hand-cut with rounded corners, and bound snugly in a long-stitch style to allow the stitching pattern to be visible on the outer spine of the book.
