This sweet fabric/fiber statement bib necklace is completely hand sewn and constructed using repurposed fabrics, trim and vintage jewelry, beads and buttons. The back is beautifully finished with soft knit fabric and a signed tag. The comfy neck strap features snap closures. This piece is meant to be worn high on the breast and can be worn at either 15" or 17". If you wold like a longer strap just let me know at the time of purchase and an extension will be made.
