A rare vintage metal ballot box, with original black & white paint and lettering! From Lydia Mill, a cotton mill founded in 1902 in Laurens County, SC, this box dates to the first half of the 1900s. The metal box still has the original white paint, with graphic black lettering on the lid reading "Lydia Mill" and "County." This box still features the original handle and hinges, with lots of wear and age to the paint but no major dents or damage.

This piece would make an amazing receipt box for an office or studio!

Measures approx 10" x 10" x 10".
