All three can be used Hot or Cold!
*Place neck warmer or heating pad in the microwave for 1-3 minutes; eye pillow for 30-45 seconds
OR
*Place neck warmer or heating pad in a ziplock bag in the freezer for about 1 hour; eye pillow for about 30 minutes - 1 hour
My neck warmers and heating pads are made from trendy 100% cotton fabrics. The neck warmers have convenient handles, and both are filled with high quality rice. The neck warmers are scented with oils that are safe to use on your skin, so good for people with sensitive skin.
I chose to fill them with rice because I feel it gives the most comfortable and relaxing experience, unlike corn which is rather lumpy.
My heating pads are approximately 11 x 13.5 inches unfilled. They are divided in 6 sections to ensure maximum heat distribution and comfort.
My neck warmers are approximately 25 x 5.5 inches unfilled and not including the handles. They are divided in 3 sections to ensure maximum heat distribution and comfort around your neck.
Care instructions: clean with a damp cloth when necessary, and DO NOT overheat (rice can burn)!

My Relaxing Eye Pillows are made in two pieces, the actual pillow filled with rice, and then a slip cover that the pillow slides into. I have done this so the slip cover can be easily removed and washed, just like you would wash your pillow case.
I chose to fill my Relaxing Eye Pillows with rice because I feel it gives the most comfortable and relaxing experience, with its light weight quality and ability to hold heat. I do not recommend adding a scent to these, it can cause irritation to the eyes (not very relaxing!).
My Eye Pillows are approximately 9 x 4 inches and easily stretch from temple to temple (on my face).
Care instructions: Remove pillow from sip cove, and wash slip cover as you would other cotton fabrics. DO NOT overheat (rice can burn)!
