Purchases made within the U.S. are shipped U.S.P.S First Class Mail for $3.95 with no additional fees for multiple items. Delivery Confirmation is included.

► Your lampwork beads are made to order and will usually ship in four to six weeks. Depending upon the size and/or contents of your order, and the amount of orders I've received at any given time, it may take longer than four to six weeks to complete your made to order lampwork beads.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International Mail is shipped First Class Mail for $4.95 with no additional fees for multiple items. A Customs Declaration Number is included for tracking when available.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
If your not 100% satisfied with your purchase exchanges are accepted no questions asked as long as the beads are returned within three business days and in perfect condition. I do not accept cancellations or cash refunds under any circumstances. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
► Please note that in the event that I'm unable to recreate one my bead sets (slim chance, but it has happened), store credit will be given. As stated previously I do not offer refunds, therefore please email me first if there are any questions regarding my handmade lampwork beads.
MONITOR COLORS
The actual colors of my beads may vary slightly from computer monitor to computer monitor. Photographing beads close-up with proper lighting can occasionally enhance some colors. If your not sure of a color, please contact me so that I may be of assistance. All of my beads have a 100% Guarantee, please see my policies for more details about refunds and exchanges.
