Up for your consideration today is my first Halloween Dollie for the year!
~Scary Mary~ is trying to be a bit SPOOKY for the Halloween season, but she still has a SWEET side to her. ~Scary Mary~ is a Back Porch Pickins Original and will arrive signed and dated, by me. ***FREE SHIPPING IN the US***
~Scary Mary~ is almost 17 inches tall and made in the same fashion as all my dollies are, paying attention to detail. All of her edges are finished off with hand stitched trim of some form or another...
~Scary Mary~ has painted eyes, separate stitched on eyelids, needle sculpted nose, floss stitched lips, and her face has been highlighted and shaded for depth and character.
~Scary Mary~ has a German glass glittered hat, that is held in place with a pin and can be removed. I made a glittered bat to hover around her hat. Scary Mary's hair is alpaca fiber and carefully needle-felted in place.
~Scary Mary~ has painted leggins and shoes. I have added some embellishment to her shoes. In one hand Scary Mary holds a skelly stick and in the other arm she holds a Halloween tree with a handmade Halloween ticket attached. The tree can be removed from Mary's arm. I have made wired arms for Scary Mary, so they can be posed however you would like.
In the back of Scary Mary, I did make a look for hanging, but she sits just fine as well. She does not sit on her own, as most dolls do not. She needs a little something to lean on.
