Almost looks like a locket, but if so, i can't figure out how to open it.
This is gold plated, and there is some wear on it. Perhaps it could be replated.
The heart is about 1.5 inches across.
The necklace is about 18 inches long.
It weighs about 5.7 ounces, heavy!
