Each order is customized to your needs. THIS PRODUCT IS MADE TO ORDER Please keep in mind that processing times are effected by the number of revisions made. While rush orders can be accommodated, please convo me before placing a rush order if your event date is less then 5 months away. Please finalize your design 4-5 weeks prior to the date they need to arrive to you.
Convo me prior to placing your order for a quote and to ensure there is space in the design schedule for your required ship date. International orders may take more time to arrive due to customs. Order EARLY! You are responsible for any taxes or tarrifs importing this product may incur.
All sales on custom orders are FINAL. However, they may be cancelled with a refund prior to receiving the first proof. Deposits are non-refundable. Balances are due at time of printing to produce the printed invitations. All invitation orders are shipped via USPS priority mail ( 2-3 buisness days ) and are fully insured with delivery conformation. Gift wrap is available at no additional cost, please include any notes to the recipient in the notes to seller at checkout.
