This late 1970s dress with a button up top, ruffle accent, and puff sleeve is perfect for going to work or a coffee date. I love that it looks like polka-dots from a distance but then up close they're tiny dots, squares, and triangles. The background of the dress is navy blue and the shapes are orange, red, purple, yellow, and green. Pair it with a great pair of tights in the fall and you will be to die for.
