This is a super sweet, vintage Homer Laughlin "Virginia Rose" plate marked Made in U.S.A. Fabulous scalloped shape with raised molded scroll design along the rim with a bold rose and floral motif.

This can be used for dining. I recommend washing by hand to preserveg. Great display item as well. Wonderful alternative to traditional framed art.
I have used a transfer and heat technique to seal the image into the plate.
