This is a replica of the black tutu dress worn by Natalie Portman in Black Swan. I fell in love with the movie last year and started planning this costume.
The costume is a two-piece dress.
The Bodice
The bodice features a hook-and-eye enclosure is and is somewhat adjustable. It will be made according to your measurements. It is detailed with many different types of black feathers, crystals, taffeta, organza and netting.
The Tutu
The tutu is an 8-layer classic platter-style tutu. It has a stretch waist and includes an attached black panty bottom. It has a top layer of black, russian-style netting that is edged in black satin ribbon. It also has some crystal detail on the left side just like the film version.
