This is what I came up, I started building molds and making batches of these to do the backsplash. I think it's a great play on the classic refinement of a beveled edge subway tile. Industrial, rustic, unique. All of it blended together somehow.
Each one will inevitably vary, and they look great against a concrete countertop.
Every tile is painstakingly sealed twice (soaked in a sealer to keep them from sucking up the thinset) and then polished with a food safe beeswax blend to bring out the burnishing. They get better with age.
The tiles are pretty standard at subway size: 6" long x 3" wide, but are thicker than ceramic at measuring in at around 5/8" - 3/4"
Custom Order - As few or as many as you want, and I don't want to limit you to industrial gray, (although I am partial to it). It's about what you want. Let's talk about it.
