Hanging from one piece of driftwood are four felt birdies. Each bird has been handstitched from soft handmade wool felt, cotton fabric, and vintage buttons. They are each a different colour in natural beiges and browns. Their bellies and wings are made from coordinating fabrics. Small felted balls have been hung on their strings for added interest.
The entire mobile hangs about 28 inches long and 17 inches wide. Each bird is about 7 inches long from beak to tail.
Wherever this mobile is hung, it will twist slightly to add visual drama to any space.
This mobile would look lovely in a little girl or boy’s room, the powder room, or try it in front of a sunny window.
Please remember that although mobiles are great for babies' and children’s rooms, these are not intended to be toys and should not be hung over cribs.
