2. Cut the strips into labeled pieces.
3. Sew the pieces into rows following a large labeled map
My patterns include a list of fabric yardage and materials needed, step-by-step instructions, tables, illustrations, and a large picture map to follow. These quilts use only straight seams, perfect for beginning sewers, or any one wanting to make a cute character without using appliqué.
This Giraffe was designed by me for a giraffe loving nephew. The featured quilt was sewn and quilted by my mother, and given as her traditional Grandma Baby Blanket. The sun is a great way to add that personal touch with baby's stats.
