I made this necklace by cutting triangles out of old sterling silver platters. I ground the corners on each one and rounded all of the edges. Each triangle is oxidized on only one side, and brushed shiny silver on the other side and they are linked together with tiny gold filled links. As you can see in the pictures, I linked them together so that when the necklace is laying flat on your neck, half the triangles are oxidized black and half are shiny! And when you let them go wild and flip around, there is an awesome two toned, shadow effect.
The triangle chain hangs on a gold plated brass chain. The whole necklace is about 15 inches long. Elegant and edgy all at once, this necklace is completely handmade by me and one of a kind.
