KILEY ANNE’S Tutus are custom made to order. Our elastic waist bands are made with the highest quality non roll elastic and will stretch an extra 2-3 inches to allow for growth.
Children come in different sizes for the same age. It is very difficult to correlate weight, size and age accurately. Please choose your child’s closest size based upon their measurements from the size chart. Please remember that the sizes are an average size and may not be exactly your child’s size according to age.
