When I saw a picture of Marie Antoinette's well known ship hair decoration, I knew I just had to make one!
The Ghost ship is antique cream color or antique white color (your choice) and adorned with lace, ribon, flowers, feathers, and fabric. It is screwed securely to a facinator base so that it will fit well in big hair, hair falls, or clip to big 18th Century style wig and looks great with just about any hair.
I have added a hair comb but please add hair clips to make it really sercure on the dance floor.
My ships come in varying sizes; this one is about 5" long and about 6" high, but with the flowers and feathers it measures a little bit more. I try to keep them light weight to wear and if you wish, you can request an alice band.
One of my customers was so thrilled with her ship headpiece she combined her hairstyle with the ship and made her hair the waves.
