This is a beautiful, handmade ric-rac flower headband. The fun colors of the white ric-rac petals and black, white, and pink button center have been hand sewn and make this hair piece a must have for girls of all ages! This piece measures approximately 4 inches in diameter, has a black felt backing, and uses a wide, black headband.
