This is an adorable tutu for you to use in your newborn photo session. The waist measures approx 12 inches. The waist is made with elastic to allow stretch but, is a tie waist making it easy to put on your new baby and take off. The length of tulle is 4 inches. It is the perfect size for your new princess. I can make any color if you want a custom listing just ask and I would be happy to do so.
