How many coffee sacks have I saved from local roasters who burn them if I don't drop by once a week and pick them up....? Like, almost a million (okay, not a million, but a lot).
What can you do with some old oak pallets and some recycled coffee sacks.....? Make benches, naturally.
These benches are similar to my regular benches, except they're monster-size. They measure 6 feet long by 18" tall and use 3(!) coffee sacks stitched together over a 2" foam pad, the legs are steel hairpins -- nice, right....?
Lemme know if you have a particular size in mind, I can make these benches as long/tall as you need. If you're interested I'll send pics of the sacks I have available, there's no reason you shouldn't get to pick exactly the bags you want. The benches come with a NYC transit map detailing where their parts were found/salvaged, thanks for checking them out......
Note: shipping to NYC is free, I'll bring it to your apartment and lug it up the stairs.
NoteNote: I've been slammed with orders (plus I had a bit of a flood last week) so I'm a bit behind, please allow at least 14 days for the bench to be finished.
NoteNoteNote: send a zip code and I'll work out a shipping quote.
