This tiny Pilgrim hat paperclay sculpture is hand sculpted and sits atop a vintage wooden spool. I kept the original thread on the spool and ,after unraveling a few layers to bring out the vibrant color underneath, I embellished it with various bits of torn fabric and fibers and a mini reproduction vintage Fall/Thanksgiving image.
The whole piece stands at 2.5" high.
