This is a "One Of A Kind" pillow and basket set...no one will ever have one just like it!
For the basket I started with a woven wicker basket in natural, sea mist green, light yellow and coral. I added a sheer coral bow and multiple organza ribbons in matching colors and just a splash of Caribbean blue ribbons for contrast. Next, I added a seashell arrangement at the base of each side of the handle. Each side is different. This was going to be the listing but then I had a brilliant idea...why not make a pillow to match?
The pillow is covered with a beautiful soft ivory chiffon and the back has a reinforced chiffon strap for the ring bearer to hold. For the front, I made many strips for weaving a matching design. I used the same ivory chiffon for the neutral straps and green, yellow and coral satin strips for the color match. A very time consuming project but I think it turned out wonderful! Then I added the same organza ribbons as are on the basket and made a seashell arrangement in the center with coral ribbons for tying on the rings.
The basket measures 6" x 7", plus embellishments, and 8" to the top of the handle. The pillow is 8" x 8".
