Sock Monkey Number 644

This sock monkey was handmade with love and hopes to be cherished for a lifetime.

Every child (or those who are young at heart who never did grow up with one) should have a sock monkey. They are a symbol of ingenuity in North America and a traditional toy made for generations by mothers and grandmothers for their children all over the world.

Made the old fashioned way from a pair of BRAND NEW PINK Rockford Red Heel work socks, this monkey measures 16 1/2" high and 15 1/2" from one arm to the other. Sitting she measures 9" high and her tail is 9" long.

It's eyes and facial features are hand sewn with cotton thread for safety.

This sock monkey is appropriate for children of all ages, however I ask that you take responsibility for presenting this as a gift to small children. As with any toy, small children and infants must never be left unattended and should always be supervised by an adult.

All of my monkeys are numbered.
