This fabulous baby top hat headband is made with a medium hot pink felt mini-top hat with zebra accents. The hat is adorned with a furry zebra band, cluster of black shabby flowers, hot pink and black satin and tulle zebra rosette and rhinestone. It is topped off with a plume of fluffy black marabou goose feathers and hot pink tulle and pearl spray. The hat measures about 5" in diameter and is about 2 3/4" tall (without the feathers). Please note the rhinestone style may vary according to availability.
A 1/2" shiny black elastic band is attached underneath the hat to hold it on. This headband is custom made. Please request one of the sizes below or give measurements for best fit:
Preemies/small newborns 12"
Infants (0-6 months) 13"
Babies (6-18 months) 15"
Toddlers (18 months - 3 years) 16"
3 and up 18"
If no specific size is requested, a standard baby 6-18 m size will be made.
Clips can be used on the bottom of the hat brim instead of a band for bigger girls with plenty of hair.
