These hoops are made for teenagers to adults. They are unweighted, but still appropriate for exercise or recreational use.

Tape: up to three colors, either gaff or electrical
Shipment: package will be wrapped and shipped in a coiled-down position. When you first receive your hoop you will need to assemble it by opening to its full size and inserting the connector into the open end.
