This all stainless steel buckle is hand forged & signed by Canadian Artist, Robert Aucoin. The back of each buckle bears the signature of the artist cold punched into the stainless steel. Buckle is an original by Robert created at his studio on the north shore of Loughborough Lake just outside of Kingston ON.
This unique buckle is all stainless steel, measures 2-1/2" x 1-1/2" and will accept a 1-1/4" leather belt. Colours of the belt will vary in the light. The slate or woodgrain design is accomplished on the artist's anvil. The buckle is Hypo-Allergenic and will not give you a rash. Made in Canada full grain leather belts are available for all buckles in 1-1/2" or 1-1/4" and can be cut to the size of your waist.
