A modern day fairytale, 2wo entails the life of a kind hearted toymaker from the fabled town of "Il Doppio". After her beloved daughter is murdered, the toymaker, in her grief and anguish, makes a wooden doll that resembles her. One night, the doll comes to life, and she has her daughter again.
