Retro, feminine and uncompromisingly comfortable, this wrap around bolero is one of my favorite design this season. Constructed from a soft, smooth, cool, comfortable rayon in a relaxed fit with a large waits band , this top is perfect with hight raise skirt , pants or over a dress.
