This dress features an empire waist fitted front bodice and an elastic back. The bodice is accented with a coordinating fabric flower or flowers. This dress ties halter style through a loop in the back making a super cute, large and floppy bow in a Y shape. Because the straps are tied, the fit is totally adjustable so it is sure to fit your child perfectly.
