These were given to me in San Francisco Bay so, naturally the mermaid's tears are green the color of the Bay! These were tears of JOY because her friend, the whale, accidentally got confused and swam up the Sacramento River. It was a very dangerous and scarey situation for her friend but, luckily he was saved by the determined and caring humans on the land!....
