These blood red heels are breath-taking. The ornate black swirls curl and wisp along the outsides of each shoe. These shoes are brand new and made from all man made materials. The sexy heel is 4 1/4in and the peep toe has a 1/2in platform. The design has been finished off in a permanent flexible gloss to protect them. Expect normal wear and tear.
