Examples of custom note cards I have made are shown in the 5 photos.
~ Photo #1 shows my German Shepherd, Koenig.
~ Photo #2 is my Chihuahua, Poppy, who really belongs to my daughter,
so these cards were for her birthday.
~ Photo #3 shows boxed note cards made from a photo of two Shih tzu
along with a watercolor I paintedfrom that photo.
~ Photo #4 shows a set of boxed note cards featuring 3 images of Poppy.
~ Photo #5 shows a set with a horse theme made from my
horse watercolor painting, 'Goldie'.
This set also included family photos of the birthday girl riding a real horse.
I also made stickers of 'Goldie' and some other horse images to use as seal
to decorate the envelopes when mailing the note cards.
Note cards measure 4 1/4” x 5 1/2 ”, the size of a typical ‘Thank You’ note.
Use your note cards as GIFT TAGS, too.
They are frameable using a standard sized frame. TWO gifts in one!!
MORE DETAILS:
1. NUMBER OF IMAGES IN YOUR SET:
I need to set up a separate template for each of your images,
so I like to make this set from no more than 2 different images,
giving you 5 images of each picture. If you want more images or 10 different images,
just add $1 to the price of a set of 10 for each additional image.
For example, a set of 10 cards using THREE images, would add $1 to the $20 for a $21 set.
~4 images, add another $1 for a $22 set. ~5 images = $23/ set,
~ 6 different images $24 ~7 different images for $25
~8 different images $26 ~ 9 different images $27 ~10 different images for $28
2. IPHONE IMAGES:
The latest iPhone 4S has an 8 megapixel camera.
The camera I use to photograph all you see in my shop is a14.1 megapixel camera.
The resolution of the best iPhone image is about half the resolution of the camera I use.
I can’t be sure what you’ll get until I see your images.
3. IMAGE FORMAT: Photos need to be .jpg format.
4. PROOFS BEFORE SHIPPING?
I usually send an image of a printed card by attaching it to an
Etsy convo or email for your approval.
We know computer monitors differ in resolution and color matching,
so that has to be considered when you see the images I've done for you.
If you like what I come up with, we can go ahead with the order.
5. PROCESSING TIME:
~Timing varies with the number & kind of images you send me.
~ Allow a week after I get your photos for me to set up and print a trial for your approval.
~ I attach images to an Etsy convo or to your personal email address for your approval
~ Allow a week for a TWO image order.
~ Allow 2 weeks for a set of cards using more than TWO images.
6. PLEASE NOTE MY SHOP POLICIES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS.
*I ask for a 50% deposit for your custom order.
*I make a reserved listing for that amount for you to purchase.
*When I have your 50% deposit and your images, I start working on your order.
