Vintage 1950s 50s dress. This party dress from the 1950’s is so so stunning! Done in what feels like a cotton silk blend, it is just covered in enormous canary yellow and gold roses and green floral blooms, which stand out against a backdrop of the very palest pink -- it is almost a pinky-nude -- that is further set off by subtle white and yellow floral echos. The dress features pinch pleats at the shoulders, two large bows at the bust, and hidden pockets at either hip, and has been fully lined in bright yellow crisp organza, which is finished with a sweet little lace trim. Slips over the head and fastens up the side with a covered zip. This dress would be such a dream with a pair of brightly colored 50’s stilettos, and is such an ideal dress to wear to any especially special event -- anywhere that you truly wish to stand out. A deeply glorious dress in pristine condition!

The background of the fabric may appear white on some monitors, but it is a really beautiful very pale pink, pale enough to be almost a pinky-nude color. So much prettier in person than in the photos!

This dress was made over 50 years ago -- it is truly a treasure!!
