In the message to seller during checkout please include a breakdown of your family. If you have a small family I would recommend using middles names and/or birthdays. I may or may not use all of the info provided depending on how many people are in your family. If it is not completed with all of the required info pertaining to your family I cannot start the tree.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU MAKE SURE THAT THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE IS ONE WHERE I CAN CONTACT YOU. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDERS AS WELL. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN COMMUNICATE ONCE YOU ORDER SO PLEASE MAKE SURE IT'S CORRECT. THAT IS WHERE I WILL SEND THE PROOF. THANK YOU!!
All prints are shipped in a hard mailing tube through USPS priority mail (reg mail international). Because these are custom prints it can take up to two weeks to receive your print.
