vintage 1930s Little Girl's Dress and Bloomers Flower Basket Print 4

1930s flower basket print cotton little girls dress with bloomers. Ribbed white cotton with pink floral print, dropped waist on dress has button holes as does waist of bloomers...no buttons, not sure how they hook together if at all! Will need some work to make wearable, but the set is solid and clean. 27" chest.
