This red plaid upcycled bag was made from a reclaimed purse that I recycled with shags made out of a plaid schoolgirl skirt and various yarn. It was 3 - 4 hours of shagging and done with loving care. I added some vintage buttons on one side of the bag for a retro touch. This is one funky hip purse that will get you noticed and stopped on your outings.
All my purses are purchased either new with tags or nearly new in excellent condition from my favorite thrift store.
Measurements - Top of shoulder to the bottom of the bag measures approximately 30 inches. The straps measures approximately 20 1/4 inches at its attatched points on the bag. This is a double strap bag.
Interior measurements - 10 1/2 x 12 1/4 inches. Has one slide in pocket that measures 5 1/4 x 4 1/2 inches.
